The house is situated in the old town of Scansano, a former castle of the late Middle Ages, where the court resided. The house overlooks the whole valley below and the hills between Saturnia and Talamone to the sea beyond Capalbio.
Casa di Corte has been recently renovated, preserving all the original materials. The house has old furniture, but is functional and comfortable. It is provided with masonry kitchen, oven and dishwasher, an old stone fireplace, a ceramic stove, a sitting room with sofa bed and TV, a double room on the wood loft. The rent price is inclusive of bed-, bath und kitchen linen, water, electricity and gas consumption, end or weekly cleanings.
